Refunds and Exchanges:
a. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
b. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions:
